Today I replaced the original Diverter Valve with the Turbosmart VR9 and the original plastic Turbo Inlet Pipe with the Turbo Inlet Pipe from MST.

Update 26: Camberplate + Front Strut bar
I got new Camber plates from Burkhart Engineering / Millway and a Front Strut bar from KCDesign.
Update 25: 10,25″ Display with Wireless Carplay
The Display from Avinusa.com is outstanding and works perfectly. I can highly recommend this product. The big Touchdisplay makes it easy to work with it.
I have also tested two other Boxes but without success.
The worst box came from Skandinav.de and did not work. The Support is horrible, and most of the time you get only a “received message” but no answer. They are incompetent, so I can not recommend the Products from this Company.
Update 24: M2 Speedometer
Update 23: Carbon Invasion – Mirrors
After I lost one of my Carbon Mirror Caps I bought a new Set of Mirrors from Carbon Invasion.
It is a Mirror Conversion Set with a plastic upper, a lower part and a carbon mirror cap.
Looks like M2C Mirrors…
The fitting accuracy is not 100% but for that price it is OK!

Update 6: New tires for the 2er Coupe :-)
Today i replaced the 5 Year old Pirelli P Zero Run Flat Tires with new Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S!
The Grip is sensational, just amazing…
Update 5: Performance Limited Slip Differential
The BMW M Performance Limited Slip Differential has now been installed!
After a 250 km Ride (normal Driving), I must say that the LSD is the best Performance Part!
After almost a year with the limited-slip differential, I must say that it is simply brilliant and the difference from the driving behavior is like night and day!!
Whether a power slide or a day drift training on snow and ice or just accelerating out of a curve, it is always a pleasure and you get a smile every time again :-).
I would highly recommend this M Performance Upgrade to everyone!

Last week, after a 24-day waiting period (4 days for the Delivery) i got the Speedometer Casing from Bimmer Masterpieces.

The Assembly took 5-7 min. and it was realy easy!
Remove both Screws (T20 Torx) from the Top of the Instrument panel.
